By accessing or using ntvintage.com (the site), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the site.
Products & Pricing
All items sold on Now&Then. are vintage designer pieces. Items are listed in the condition described and graded honestly. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice prior to purchase. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error or stocking error is discovered.
Authenticity
Every piece is authenticated before listing. If you receive an item and believe it is not authentic, contact us within 7 days at hello@ntvintage.com for a full refund. See our Refunds policy for details.
Orders & Payment
Orders are processed through Stripe. All transactions are charged in USD. Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment - we reserve the right to cancel orders due to stocking errors, suspected fraud, or other reasonable cause, with a full refund issued.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Items ship via insured carriers. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping policy for details.
Intellectual Property
All site content, including images, copy, layout, and branding, is the property of Now&Then. and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Designer brand names referenced on the site (Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. Now&Then. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any designer house.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape or republish content without permission, or engage in fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to refuse service or block access for any user who violates these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Now&Then. is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any purchase.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes to Terms
