Information We Collect

When you subscribe to our newsletter, contact us, browse our shop, or make a purchase, we collect: your name, email address, shipping and billing address (for orders), and any information you choose to share with us. We may also receive your phone number from Stripe if you provide one at checkout. We do not sell your personal information.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, fulfil orders, send newsletters (where you have subscribed), measure marketing performance, and improve our services. Email addresses collected via our newsletter are stored securely and used only to send communications you have opted into.

Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal session cookie to maintain admin authentication, which is HTTP-only and not accessible to JavaScript. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This includes tracking page views, product views, cart actions, and purchases. Information sent to Meta is hashed (one-way encrypted) and includes anonymised identifiers such as your email address, IP address, and basic location data when available. You can opt out of Meta tracking via your account settings on Facebook or Instagram, or by using browser-level controls and ad-blockers.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party providers to operate the shop:

• Stripe processes payments and stores billing/shipping details. We never see or store your full card number.
• Supabase hosts our database (orders, products, accounts) and authentication.
• Resend delivers transactional and marketing emails on our behalf.
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) receives hashed event data for advertising measurement as described above.

Data Retention

We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by tax and accounting law. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
