Returns Policy

7-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unaltered, and free from any signs of use or damage that were not present at the time of delivery.

Condition Requirements

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional signs of wear, stains, odours, or damage.
• All original packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and tags must be included. Items returned without their original accessories may be refused.
• Items that show signs of wear after receipt (including perfume transfer, colour transfer, scratches, or hardware damage) are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please email us at hello@ntvintage.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation number and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets our condition requirements, we will process a full refund of the item price to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (typically $15–25 via USPS). We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. If the return is due to an error on our part (such as an item being materially misrepresented in the listing) we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been altered, repaired, or customised after purchase.
• Items returned after the 7-day return window has elapsed.

1-Year Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Now&Then. is guaranteed authentic. If a piece is found to be inauthentic by a reputable third-party authentication service (e.g. Entrupy, CheckCheck, Real Authentication) within one year of purchase, we will accept a return and issue a full refund of the item price including original and return shipping costs. Claims must be accompanied by a written authentication report from the third party. We photograph every item before dispatch and retain these records.
