Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years or older (19+ in AL and NE, 21+ in MS) at time of entry. Now&Then. team members and their household members are not eligible.

How to Enter

During a Now&Then. live show on Whatnot, when a giveaway is pinned to the livestream, tap “Enter Giveaway” in the Whatnot app. Entry is free. Some giveaways may be limited to followers of the Now&Then. Whatnot account, as indicated in the giveaway listing. Limit one entry per person per giveaway. You must be present in the live show when the winner is drawn.

Prizes

Bag charms and small accessories with an approximate retail value of $2 to $25 each, unless otherwise stated in the giveaway listing. The number of giveaways per show is announced during the show. Any end-of-show grand prize is described on stream with its approximate retail value before entries open.

Winner Selection and Odds

Winners are selected at random by Whatnot’s giveaway feature from all eligible entries and drawn live during the show. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Timeline

Entries for each giveaway open when that giveaway is pinned in the live show and close when the winner is drawn during the same show.

Prize Distribution

Prizes ship free to the winner’s address on file with Whatnot within 5 business days of the show.
